Can you describe what exactly circuit do and how it works. Does it stop trading of shares (buying / selling ) not allowed, if yes then for how much time?

No, Maxbombay, In down circuit there are more sellers than buyers of that stock at the circuit limit for that stock i.e. 5% in this case.Anyone can buy at that time, no trading is stopped.

This is not such kind of stock where one needs to track it on daily basis but if tomorrow again it goes down by 5% I may need to rethink on my decission for going long in it but over all I do not see much mandi in it now,a relief rally is on the card,let's think positive !

All bad news are coming at a time for Jai.. Inflation at 24 months high...another CRR hike.. that kept the sentiments negative....already booked 1/3 profit @ 2800..so my average price is 3100...let's wait & watch..

If there were 15000 shares bought at 2300 yesterday so why only 2700 shares till 1:45 today, if one knows the answer, he will know why it is trading 5% down today.!!

i think the stock can go down to 1700 before the buying starts.
