whats ideal tf for this strategy, moreover, i think this strategy does not suit for all stock so stock should be also choosen accordingly???

I think TF is delima in every strategy. Longer the time frame less signals shorter the TF more signals and more whipsaw.I think this strategy works in every stock which has decent volume.
There is no strategy which gives 100% success in every TF.
