Dear Sriram ,

U were very close to bang it , but only few problems ,..

the most important thing is trendline divergence, they shouldnt be expanding.
Next is symmetry is missing between pt 1-3-5 ,..

Robin may soon show u some new indentifications of valid wolf.

Regards,..
Darsh
Dear Darsh
Thank You very much for your analysis and advice.I did not understand about the missing symmetry.the time lag b/w pts 1 & 3 is something less than 1 hr and same is the case b/w 3 & 5 though not axact. please throw some light regarding this so that i can correct my mistake.

coming to treand line divergence yes i know that they should not diverge.but i had read some where in traderji that they can be atmost parallel.is it true.the treand lines i had shown seemed nearly parallel.please correct me.

Dear Sriram,
The best way to understand symmetry is bar counting , bars between 1-3-5 .

About trendlines, its okey if its parallel, but shouldnt diverge. in ur charts it is.

Good job buddy ,

Keep it up.

Dear Darsh,
Thank You.Most of the times Mr Darsh,WW's are showing a reversal of trends, taking out the exceptional cases. If we liquidate our positions at the target line its ok.But what if we think of continuing with the trend.

After hitting(or consolidating at) the target line they are falling a bit and again rising well above the target line.So how lower we keep the SL they are pretty chances that they get triggered resulting in minimal profits though we know and had the chances of taking bigger ones.

Are they any other indications accompanying WW's all the time (or should we look for other tec indicators irrespective of WW's),showing a definitive trend reversal(and to what extent) so we can hold on to our positions for bigger profits.I dont mean that we should always hold even after hitting the target.

Regards Prasanth.

THANK YOU very much mr darsh.
once have a look at the below chart.

http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/1455/icicibawwkb3.png

Ithink it is valid.

look at your chart point 1 and point 3 is not identified properlly , they have to be lowest of the swing and in your chart if we take lowest of the swing then there is no symmtery.

as far as maximizing profit is concern u can use saint method for that or u can use parabolic sar as trailing stop loss.

Robin.

Prasanth,

Saint's method of managing adds is very good for maximizing profitability. See the discussion following these posts:
http://www.traderji.com/equities/23671-questions-juniors-going-60minute-flow-3.html#post209947

For the method itself it is extremely simple:

For any doubt feel free to ask there are lot of seniors to help us.

Nikhil
