Nifty may be bottoming out.

Bullish wolfe formation in NIFTY JUNIOR - weekly chart

If Nifty stays above lower red line and crosses point c
can expect to see 8000 levels (Nifty junior).
But remember, its weekly chart .. epa will take weeks to materialise.

How Do I embed it in the post

Hi Ajax,

Can you post the NIFTY in the context of WOLFE WAVES to justify your views of NIFTY bottoming out as people are talking about much much more lower levels, please also show the possible the bottom target of NIFTY and probable time before we actually reach.

What can be retracement once we reach the bottom and how that will play out following WOLFE WAVES.

Thanx uasish, learn2trade08, emailKailash, Darsh, Linus for appreciation.

I am engaged in my profession fulltime.
Now focus on markets on eod/weekly basis
So, posts will be few n far between.

My amibroker does not show Nifty chart.
What I have shown above is Nifty junior. Hopefully Nifty
might be showing same pattern. Others who have worked on
Wolfe can draw the pattern.

As with bearish wolfe that I had drawn earlier (jan 2008 ) , it is
contrary to extreme emotion prevailing at the time (Now fear is in)
MAximum downside on junior is ~4020. It should stay abovethe lower
red line or if falls below should retrace quickly else the symmetry
will be disturbed... Remember its a weekly chart
It will take weeks (read a few months) to reveal itself as success or failure

I shall post the follow up ......

how crucial is the symmetry factor for you to take decisions based on ww.
do you give space for say 1 or 2 bars here and there or would it break the symmetry...
your reply's would definitely help us.
