Has this wolfe set up failed to achieve its target ,Ajax ? Asking only to study what circumstances made it fail as I am fully aware that any method will have its share of loosers and a few winners and loosers donot make a method good or bad....

I have studied wolfe ,though my knowledge is very elementry.....but the set up looked a good wolfe set up with symetry....except the fifth wave undershoot was missing ....and the first wave was not very well defined....

Best Wishes,

As said above ... Its a excellent set up. (On 5/10m TF)
Only thing is it happened at eod and before its chance
to fire came, the market closed...

Now between 3.30PM & next days 9.55AM lots could have happened
altering demand & supply .
Next day it did go upto 4327 (no defence though)

ST sir , If u look wolf with perspective of demand & supply not
only as a pattern , you would appreciate this pattern much more.
And in terms of risk/reward ratio.

I will post intraday wolf if I spot one :thumb::cool:

Ajax,

Some Wolfe Waves I saw yesterday.

Comments:

1. Symmetry is not perfect but some tolerance these waves take and still work.

2. Ideally lines 1-3-5 and 2-4 should be converging towards the right of the chart but in WW 1 and WW 2 they are diverging. Your views on this? Basically the converging lines give an idea of ETA (estimated time of reaching the target which some experts take with a pinch of salt anyway) apart from that I have no idea what implication will diverging lines have? Apparently the WW still works. Your ideas?

Thanks

Bee

Ajax,

Was it a bearish WW on BankNF, between Friday PM and today AM?

-- Milind

Yes sir , though not "clean" Bank NF is bearish wolf. Completed today
and gave results today it self :thumb:

Contrast this to NF which formed bearish wolfe on Friday eod and
delivered results today...........

Also note... importance of not holding it beyond epa in NF... immediately
from epa ... resumed its upward journey
