Dont watch cnbc channel if you are new to markets.
(if anybody has lots of shares to sell cnbc can help you sell at higher prices provided you pay some money-not free)

start with installing any charting software,if u didn't do so and then search for ebooks or good hardcopy of any good TA books.

Does anyone knows any virtual trading platforms in India. I use a couple of them in US, but I want to use them for the Indian market as well.
I tried searching for it but couldn't find it. I guess the free games you are reffering to it the virtual platform. Right?
