How to be happy:

Don't take anything personally (it's never about you).

Be positive with your words, it triggers action which leads to your outcome.

Don't make assumptions — ask and seek clarity.

Give your best so you have no regrets.

Many people think that patience is a sign of weakness. I think this is a mistake. It is anger that is a sign of weakness, whereas patience is a sign of strength.

If you want a fuel-efficient car, drive a Toyota.

If you want to show off, get a Ferrari.

Clearly, you know what you want from a car before choosing it.

And it's the same for trading.

You must know what you want from trading and then find the right trading strategy for it.

There comes a point in trading where too much information HURTS.

You must put what you know into practice, a plan, something concrete you can test, verify, and validate.

If you're not getting the results you want, take a step back and work with what you have — NOT add more.
