Don't think you can do anything except wait.There are only buyers in JMTAuto and locked in upper circuit.
At the first instance of sellers appearing you can book partial or full profits.
(take your own call,this is not an advice)
On the positive side atleast its an upper circuit ,not a lower circuit.

I have been trading 52 week high pb stocks for a week now. Results are encouraging though I may be lucky as the broader markets are in uptrend as compared to largecaps. I have observed that trading bo is fruitful as compared to waiting for a pull back especially in small and midcaps. Caution: the sample size is small.
