The EU indices, FTSE, CAC, DAX are all at the neckline of a H&S pattern now, some below and CAC slightly above, if they go further down then we are all staring at a 200 to 300 point cut on EU indices.

Let me try to put my understanding in NIFTY -

NIFTY has out performed by 200 points compare to global markets. Will it adjust this gap anytime? I guess it will do unless global markets pull back sharply.

NIFTY took support at 200 DMA yesterday, it was good sign.

For today, NIFTY SPOT resistance at around 5060 and support around 4955. In case market shows weakness, we could go for testing the lower channel today (as per chart)..


On the other hand if NIFTY manage to sustain above 5060 spot, it can trigger short covering in up side to 5140-50 spot.

Last intraday down move has come from the 5060 spot around. two things are possible, we go straight to target of the down channel which is around 4930 NF. 2nd thing we make a range moves between 5000-5050 spot around roughly. Currently it is doing bit extra more than the low edge 5000 spot, chances are more that we go for channel target. Let's see how it behaves.

They have all broken the neckline decisively now all starring at a 200 to 300 point cut, if in case they do not bounce back and go above the neckline.

Not a good news for EU indices.

EU indices are trying to scale back to the neckline, still below, today's close below the neckline will be drag all the world markets to new lows.

4930 NF is almost done. If someone is not greedy much, should not try to short fresh.

PT ji, nothing is impossible in market. I have identified one stop for market at 4930 NF around. Once we break below it (it does not mean just trading price below 4930NF), it is possible to go for 4820 and even 4700 around. I think We could see some down and up move tomorrow! my fingers crossed.
