Feb. 11 (Bloomberg) -- West Texas Intermediate oil advanced
for the first time in four days as the euro strengthened against
the dollar. The U.S. crude’s discount to Brent narrowed for the
first time in nine days.
WTI rose as much as 1.2 percent after Jens Weidmann, a
European Central Bank council member, said the euro isn’t
seriously overvalued and warned governments against trying to
weaken it. Brent, the European benchmark, pared a decline of as
much as 1.1 percent earlier. It dropped after prices failed to
break above technical resistance at $120 a barrel last week. The
Brent-WTI gap narrowed from the widest level in two months.</FADE

Nifty has broken a trend line in weakly chart(if last 2 bottom taken then just at support) and if sustain below 5840 then 5789 a fibobaci support if that breaks then a support is near 5600. SO 5800 is a very important level for nifty.Extreme overbought in weakly chart and correction given from there.Bollinger Band break down is also there in daily chart which could take it to 5840 -50 levels in 1-2 days. If so then also be cautious and let the bollinger band shape change. In long run correct upto 5600 atleast possible in 1-2 months.Subject to any news , budget etc. as this purely a technical view.Some short term mA aslo showing sign of weakness.
