I think he is using the 1st candle of the fall and the 1st retracement candle combined to make a zone.

I was busy today in morning so couldnt post levels earlier

Bank Nifty showing good strength. Breaking of 24950 levels can go up to 25200 minimum as short covering and missed out feeling buying on stocks like yesbank, hdfc bank, indusind bank. PSU banks also bottom out in medium term trend. we can expect 20% rally in PSU banks within couple months.

Simplebuthard Banknifty is in range of 24000-24900 and now trading at top of range.
I dont expect it is going to break the range so easily and expect it to retrace now to at least 24500

Once range was broken there was again good move and guess what where it stopped, exactly at our level of 10078
