In short term we may a kind of rally (courtesy:RBI),long term global conditions and political developments will dictate the market's course.

Some bottom was reached a day before Diwali, and there after we all are expected to have a Happy time.

However.......! [This is a very good English word...... whatever you are saying, this word helps you make a turn around]

The aftermath of the fall from the all time high of Jan 08 to the recent low, could be interpreted in two ways.

First... this was th bottom, and that's it.

Second.... this bottom could be the end of wave 'A' after which the upward phase 'B' has started from Diwali Muhurat Trading session.

After the completion of the phase 'B', the downward 'C' phase may start, that shall take markets down to the level well below the recent bottom.

It all depends upton the time taken for the retracement of 61.80 % of the total fall from the all time high to the recent bottom. If that takes one and half year or more, then astrologically we can count for the recent bottom to be THE Bottom.
