You can see in a month there are 5-7 BO/BDs
And mostly in favour else SL around 25-30 point. You can have 150 points a month but do paper trade before real

..and for BNF there was > 100 pts move. But it almost never crosses in a straight line, it hesitates and often pulls back, before resuming the original direction.
