I need a formula which can screening stock which have below signal:
1.)Daily Graph, within 30 day period,
moving average 10 up cross 20 , 10 up cross 30 , 20 up cross 30
MACD 5 , 26 ,9 with up cross signal
Slow STC 20,5 with up cross signal
Fast STc 20,5 with up cross signal

and

2.)Weekly Graph ,within 60 week period,
moving average 10 up cross 20 , 10 up cross 30 , 20 up cross 30
MACD 5 , 26 ,9 with up cross signal
Slow STC 20,5 with up cross signal
Fast STc 20,5 with up cross signal

and

3.)Monthy Graph ,within 13 month period,
moving average 10 up cross 20 , 10 up cross 30 , 20 up cross 30
MACD 5 , 26 ,9 with up cross signal
Slow STC 20,5 with up cross signal
Fast STc 20,5 with up cross signal

All signal must be fufill within the mentioned period, in order to creat a buy signal

thereare still some others requirement as well ,pls

Hi 128, Can you please clarify what exactly should one understand when you say : Daily Graph, within 30 day period.
What I have understood is that you wish to scan a list of stocks where in a Daily Chart the required conditions are met.
Have I understood it correctly.

Further please note that as the parameters specified by you in Daily, Weekly and Monthly Graph are identical, a single formula will work for all graphs.

Ofcourse , I am no expert in making the formula or I would have posted it here for you.

Basically , u are right
but not only the Daily Chart should match the required signal ,also the WEekly & Monthly chart as well need to match all together,the reason is


30 days period ,it means those cross up signal does occur within the previous 30 days .


it is a combination mixed of signal , cannot just fullfil in Day chat only,must match all in both Dayily weekly monthly together ,is not idential , therefore formular match in daily ,does not means it will match in weekly & montly chat.
Exlain as above JPG Graph ,

I have no understanding of Metstock launguage. However, I can code a little bit in MT4. A guy asked me to help convert his metastock instructions into MT4.

I stumbled upon this command in Metastock. Can some one explain me in plain english what does this do ?

IF Mov(CCI(96),5,E) CROSSES UP -185 IT WILL BUY OR
IF Mov(CCI(96),5,E) CROSSES UP +175 IT WILL BUY OR
IF Mov(CCI(96),5,E) CROSSES UP +0 IT WILL BUY OR
IF Mov(CCI(96),5,E) CROSSES UP -50 IT WILL BUY OR
IF Mov(CCI(96),5,E) CROSSES UP +70 IT WILL BUY OR

looks like he is considering CCI 96 period indicator .. and some moving average.. but not really getting a complete idea to convert this into another launguage.

could some helpful soul share his folders of NSE in metastock, viz nifty, nfity 500, and others like banks, metals, whatever. OR a link maybe,....

it seems to be a rather tedious task to create and add scrips to suitable folders from the vast universe that is NSE scrips.

i am searching a formula for tinkensen and kijun sen crossover (ichimoku kinko hayo indicater).
another formula in fchart pro is usefull, it scan those scrips which have volume of three time on avarage volume and gap up on recent candle.

Hi Metastock Expert,

Need your kind help to create a formula or expert advisor for searching highest RSquared value for periode let say 1-500days, (the function will loop from period 1 to 500 days)

RSqured(C,period)

So, result of the function are "highest RSquared value" and "the period" itself.

Can any one help writing metastock code for my chart.

Condition: Averages values of last 5 periods/Time-frame of 5ema-High, 5ema-Low & 5ema-Close (i.e. ave. of 15 levels). For using in daily & Hourly charts.

eg. Last 5 days NF High, Low & close 5emas are

H-ema L-ema C-ema

6316 6259 6292
6317 6242 6272
6292 6186 6212
6244 6144 6188
6208 6088 6124

Average of above 15 levels is 6226. So Average EMA line to be drawn on Metastock chart

Please help me.
