MetaStock NSE Data downloader with VIX

When I am trying to download data using this application, I get the error message as

Exception occured while downloading nifty & nifty jr. symbols
Exception Message: Unable to connect to the remote server

Please help me on this

I can't find any of the Book Entry (BE) stocks in the downloaded files.

Actually i was trying to Merge D-Link with SmartLink in MS, But the SmartLink Symbol was not created since it is in BE .

Please clarify ..

Hi Mahesh,

Yes I'm deliberately excluding BE stocks while downloading. I guess most users here would be interested in Equity series (EQ) only. I can always include BE stocks.

Please let me know if any stock could be available both in BE and EQ segment. I'm not sure about this.

"Internal Server Error" is an error on the web server that you're trying to access. I guess server was busy or under maintenance at that time. Pls try after some time and let me know the status.
