no idea dude,
as mosl is very slow in response i've applied a lot of time but none of their person contacted. i think they dont need any customer anymore. if this is the starting thn how can u live with them. after all u need a quick response from your broker. morover their branchs are very less.

I have accounts with many brokers. I have MOSL too. In my opinion MOSL is one of best broker in industry. The quality of research is the best. Payin and payout of funds is just fantastic. Trading platform is also good. Its easy to use. They track their tips till target. I hardly see any one who tracks live tips every day.
The only point is brokerage is high, (it has to be if they need to run biggest research & dealing room in country.) If you are trader you can take their tips and run on RKG or Zerodha. If you are investor, stay with Motilal, as their positional/ investment /fundamental calls are good.
If you want to contact them, call on call centre, they will take care for sure.
One thing, yes they are big, they will not assign delaer until you have more than 1 Lac in trading account.

From what I read in Traderji and on the web their reports are good for delivery based trading...not for intraday.

Now my personal exp with them:
I gave my ph no and asked them to contact me...they called AFTER ONE MONTH. The guy who called seemed hurried and wanted to finish the call in one min. We setup an appointment at a certain place. He was supposed to come there and call. He never came/called.
They do not need customers...

Hope you have a better exp with them.

Hi,

I just wanted to know if their trading terminal fast enough and also works at critical times like when heavy buying / selling is going on in market. I have IIFL trading terminal that almost always doesnt work at critical time and also i cant place fast orders using that. I m frustated with that and losing my trades because of this.

Please share your experiece on this.
