Hi all,
As is with the most of the charts, we invariably insert the indicators, markings, lines, etc., to interprete them. Well, for a change I'm trying to present the charts without any markings on them; let's see how well we can let our imagination run wild!

Please take a look at the below image and try to gather your thoughts; then, go through my comments. Your feedback is always welcome!

There is an Inv. HnS with a bearish slanting NL; NL b/o; retest is only till that b/o level as NL is a bearish slanting one; from this retest level, first a gradual, shallow up move followed by a much steeper up move resulting in (a conservative levels of) reaching the Inv. HnS target; and once this steeper uptrend line got broken down, then a down move reached almost the NL b/o cum retest level.

What a beauty, oh boy! :salute: to TA

As I keep looking at it again and again, I see there are two down trendlines.

The first one is very deeper which got broken out and it's extenstion provides the S for the pullback of the break out to form the Inverted Head

The second down trend line is much shallower; and it's extension turns into S for the Inverted Right Shoulder

Please note that the origin of both the down trend lines is the same price level. Make a guess :) :D

My thoughts are nothing to do with your analysis. These are just my views.

I see a lot trapped at levels of 6200 to 6300 especially when Nifty gapped up depicting an exhaustion gap. When Nifty tries to show its head up, trapped are getting in to get rid of their holdings. Thus each rise of Nifty is beaten up by them. Nifty is unable to absorb this selling pressure at higher levels and drifting down low. Probably Nifty exhibiting a shake out correction to imbibe fear in those trapped. Nifty stabilises once a big shake out takes place, may be a sharp correction up till 5400 could do that. It expected to happen this month so that Nifty will be ready to see new heights by March.

I could be right or wrong. Lets see how the time unfolds Nifty moves.

Nifty at levels of 5400 today. Its not that I am right but the feeling of being with the market makes me happy. Now Nifty should settle down at these levels +/- 200 for sometime before taking a direction.
Conservative investors/traders, should not look at Nifty as long as it hovers between 5180 and 5610. Initial breakouts, if any, out of this range will whipsaw with highest probability. IMO, unless nifty forms convincing narrowed range than mentioned, it looks better if we adhere to range mentioned.
Nifty is still unable to form a base/narrowed range than mentioned above. Unable to remain in rangebound for such a prolonged time, expect Nifty to exhibit a breakout very soon. Whether the breakout is a sustained one or a breather from range, time will unfold.
