Looks like its been a price channel (not a perfect one cuz the lines are usually parallel), its bounced off the bottom line an an incomplete retracement usually preceds a crack below.

But its just above a strong support at ~345.3.

Any views on Cairn ?

Cant make sense of it, theres a R on top which has been holding up, and theres a flagging strugture but far from perfect, and my broker is projecting it up to 82. will wait and watch.

For Idea to go upto 82, it needs to take out 69.95 - 70.5 zone comfortably.

Somehow, I have got the feeling that this zone is going to be tough to crack.

If markets remain stable to positive, that could happen. But on slightest bit of weakness, this is going to fall first.

Just an educated guess.

Idea :

Factors favouring a +ve

1. Closed bang on 200SMA.
2. Volumes, three days rising, and NOT inordinately high.
3. 2morros open should be > 200 MA, if it is, SL just under 200 SMA looks good.
4. SM bhai is +ve on it .

Almost broken out thru the congestion of almost all Major MAs.

Yup uptrendings normally head south, ie 'normally', but can just as well head up (same goes for uptrendling channels and wedges)

Volume on the exceptionally high volume day (30th march) has kind of been truncated to scale average volumes.

This is not a thrid on a daily scale, more like a fifth, will give it a max target of the previous major high. Just under the upper TL should be the SL, will prolly hit that 2morro cuz it wasnt tested today post breakout.

All TFs are daily.

Hindalcos looking good. And i'm only looking :annoyed: but that was a fantastic test and surge forward.

Nano (sports model) also shifted into overdrive i think, 2morro should be the pulse, with at least the last top as target (optimistically i think itll go beyond that)

Just the MA view for LUPIN, this is how a stock could get trapped in Major MAs.
Note however that an impulse wave has the ability to shoot right through all MAs in big moves in a matter of 2-3 days, doesnt happen all that often tho.
