My charts (and yours too........)

Guys,

Apologies for post(s), which are irrelevant to the thread.

Back to my chart, confirmation of down trend, which anyway, is not a secret. The trend line is breached.

And APF, whatever I understand, I am posting ( maybe to show off, maybe to learn, whichever way one interprets it :). Whatever one thinks, keep it up, JUST DON'T BOTHER TELLING ME) below.

Levels, are 5556/5387/4896, as we are expecting further BREAKDOWN.

APF is too steep here. I have drawn Schiff's PF also in green.

Disclaimer: No help has been sought from ANYONE in the world before posting any chart on trader ji , EVER, though I have asked for suggestions after posting them.
Kind request is that please be objective with your criticism. I am fully aware of level of my knowledge.

Hi,

I am posting weekly sensex PF. ABC' points led to blue PF and BCD points led to brown PF. (Point C' is not marked on graph)
We can see that Blue median line gave resistance to price.
Brown PF has already led to a lower weekly high on sensex just after point D.
Downside target could be around 14000 unless upper median line of brown PF is overcome.

Incidentally point D found resistance from monthly PF also (not shown here).

May need to click the image to see it in bigger size.

200 dma is a point ,if any scrip or index go much apart from 20o dma either side tends to test that point as i know as one of the nature of 200 dma as far my knowledge. what it behave testing 200 dma( if test) , the nature of testing may indicate what next. expert pls coment. next level i cant predict.
This is why it happens (me thinks.. but it makes sense )

I intend to put money in the markets, but since buyers and sellers constantly swing the price one way or the other :annoyed: i have no clue as to HOW MUCH IS THIS STOCK REALLY WORTH ?

One way to work this out could be to take an average of prices over a certain period of time and that should even out the buy-sell swings :! that would be MY entry price for the stock. Cuz as i see it, ive ironed out the buyers and sellers by averaging the price. For me, THAT is the ACTUAL worth of the stock, ill enter it here.

Above MAs, i'll tend to see it as overpriced, will not enter it, less buyers, stock falls.

This is how / why a stock tends to occilate around its DMAs.

Hence the TEST of these levels.

Its surprising but true, in ANY market, with ANY stock, there will ALWAYS be optimists, ie people buying to swing the price, they buy either to 'make small bucks on the test' or becuase entry at these levels gives them a very very tight stop-loss. Some place their orders jussssst above the MA with a very very >>>>tight<<<< S/L. for them R/R at this point = Infinity +/- 1%.

So the price tends to rise, its testing.

For the same reason, a breach would usually cause the stock to rise back to test, if not, err... no one wants it, bad, hence a good fall ensues.

etc.
