dear,
how can you explain these hammer, inverted hammer and hanging man patterns in below chart.
i am asking for learning purpose, not to test your knowledge.....dear...i learn trading with stocha from you raghavacc.

Dear Soma,

Here is GOLD hourly chart.See "A" is a hammer. You got almost 1800 points if you did proper swing trade without adds.

"B" is a false breakout at 26000 levels which happens to be life time high.Even if you have daytraded this you would have got handsome profit.

I will comment on charts of both of your's and Vijay later.Its time to bring in all the sources and trade with strict MM and make serious funds out of market since crackers are bursting out in the market!!!.

Let me spend little bit of time on few set ups last week.

As I said earlier price action is universal.Applies to all market and all conditions.

Gold hourly chart.

A. Bar penetrates above 26000 long upper wick says we have selling pressure.Even lot of coverings.

B.Hanging man.Now the low of hanging man will be the support.

C.Another doji gets support exactly at low of Bar "B".

D.Also similar action but a positive close. Now bulls have to take the action quickly.

E.A weak bulls results in a doji.closing within the range.Bhalloos just look for this from sideline and come pounding.

F.Closes below the low of B,C,D respectively which acted as a support leads to heavy downfall.

Silver weekly.Again Pressure cookers.3 red birds in a row. A mother bird in the middle and baby birds on both the sides doing absolutely nothing.They cant sit long.They have to fly.Birds have been circling around 62500-56500

A big Bhaloo at 38.2% on daily

For a core daytrader like Soma there are always plenty of opportunities.
