I have used this in past when I was in bodybuilding. This is a very good health supplement for avoiding protein breakdown, to build and maintain the muscle weight and for blood cholesterol also.
I was using this with other multivitamin, and was taking 9 pills a day, 3 pills with 3 major mills. But you need to go by as your physician has suggested you, Also different brand varies the composition content of each capsule, so check the usage direction on the bottle too. :thumb:
I have used NUTRILITE, and Vitamin Shopee, but later stayed with ON enteric fish oil, and this seems to be giving better results to me. It contains less cholesterol also as compared to vitamin shopee and neutrilite.

Started writing but still a long way to go... sorry I will not be able to post soon about the thread, something's come up, which will take a bit of my time - but will surely post in due course.
The system is simple though, and am sure you will already be knowing about it... being patient and waiting for a range to form, and trade break out from the range. Looking at larger trend to get the direction of the trade - with an idea to take a trade which is a failure or reversal of move against the main trend. For this - I prefer to use 5 day 5 Minute chart, and see where the market is relative to HHHL & LHLL... Also use 20 SMA as a visual guide. Will post this with chart later with my notes.
Again, to summarize, being a consistently winning trader for most days is to recognize that trading is a serious business - it is not gambling, but trading with the trend, taking high probability trade with proper money management, risk management, and also recognizing and trading a few important chart patterns such as double top/double bottom which are very trades to enter.

Will take some time to write over the weekend - as I do double duty at NSE and MCX.
Seeing your post, am sure you are a profitable trader, and it is a good attitude to keep an open mind so that we can learn continuously new techniques to understand the market, and improve upon our psychology.
This gives me an idea and will open a new thread - 5 things I learnt trading markets, which every trader can post the important learning to share with others.

My Trading Psychology: Guys I already told day trader brain is like super computer...A successful day trader can rule any country......because a successful day trader can handle any situation.......You doing day trading means......you are step in an University.....you have to fight with masters........I never suggest to any body enter day trading with proper experience.......Day trading (newbies) is like thrills.........with out experience thrills means kills......Day traders is soul of our market......
Ok coming to the point......As I told each an every month you will find 1/2 days....when you will feel that your system is Holy-grail.....(means a day when you think market is under your control) that day just kill the market......You guys already read in books that one must be confident to kill the market........but you will never find in books how one can increase his confident.....I will tell you today.......what I did in past.....you can apply too......always keep your energy for killing day.......what is your energy? Money and Money......Just save every single penny for killing day......your money is your confident ...Always think.......I will fry the fish.....with his (fish) own oil.............(Hindi mein bole tu......Mein Fish ko uski oil se fry karunga....will not use extra oil...) ????? confused......ok.....don't laugh......suppose your monthly target is 50k......risk daily 2 k...and profit target daily 5k.......you earned 20 k after......4 days.....then just slow down your trading.......wait for the holy-grail day......use your energy (20k)...and take extra risk........on that day and just kill the market......You will be sure success because you will be confident and nothing to loose....:thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:
