I have Tab 2 with SIM.

TAB 2 are of two types...

1. With SIM Card
2. Without SIM Card

Experience: More then what I had expected of it. Android Market is full of software's which has the ability to simplify your life in many ways

I have given it to my son and the most amazing thing is, if you have another android phone you can even track the whereabouts of your son in Real Time and know precisely as to where he is.

It also has very good battery charge.

Price: Much lower then your budget. Rs 16000/-

I was skeptical about Tab 2 and wanted to go for Note 2, but I am more then satisfied with TAB 2 performance and am happy not getting Note.

While comparing difference between Tab and Note one should also look at there size.While Notes are sleak and smallers,Tab are more large as compared to Tab hence if somebody is travelling to office then Tabs might become an overhead bec of its size.
