sir,
here i have set up macd in kite as 36,200,9....
i have marked the line...whr macd touches 0 hen moves up then going down...
my qn is..do we wait in 15 min candle for macd to go down before switching over to 1 min chart for entry?

Good. Can you also plot the 4,12 EMA MACD on the 36,200EMA macd and post

Kumudhan ji the MACD should be 4,12 not 12,4.

Now that is better. See we had 4 or 5 adds once the 36,200 Macd went below zero. We are still short as the MACD is below zero.
