I thinks, Basic tenets of Rally decline, HH/HL and eye on pivots as taught by you and Subhadip Sir, can make any system robust.
With use of this kind of mechanical system, traders who have yet to completely grasp pivot method can become profitable IMHO.

Let us not mix pivot method and rally/ decline method here.But for traders who are new, they must have some stoploss and also no adds when market is going against us.....that is my limited observation.

I have always maintained that adds should only be taken if it brings your stop closer. That itself means that adds only to be taken when you get a trend. (Adds is akin to average which should only be done in strength like the pros). Never average a losing trade.
