Urad nov by 100,
chana dec up 40
tur dec up 25,

so markets going exactly as per expectaions..
most imp. that chana now crossed crucial 2000 mark and has closed above it. so expect more fireworks in chana coming days..i think last week only i hav said that dec. will cross 2000!!!

Urad will b a roller coster ride in coming days..all depends on operators mood that which button he clicks + or - . nov 2950 may b a strong resistance for short term..

Read alot from this forum and found some members giving advice and everyone benfiting from that.

i would like appreciate member ncdx for his good advice on grains. and also tradeji for having such great clean and honest members.

My warn regards all members for joining this community.

Myself.. lost much money in futures share market and atlast pulled out remaining. As per newspapers and online internet reading i found commodities will be better... please put some comments and advice me?

hindustangum.com reported good arrivals in hariyana and good crop size too. rajasthan agri ministry posted a report claiming 2 lakh ton short production.. frankly speaking i now a days avoidind guar becoz of its unpredictivity.. so cant advise surely its purely operators paradise

Hi Shruti,

for new comers i would advise to start with bullions if u have very liitle knowledge of agri commodities.. this market is totally diffnt that of stock market.. before entering u first do some research work of your own on your selected items.. u can select some coomodities and by your research give your own prediction and look for 15 25 days that where s your predictions going!!!
so if u r near your targets than go ahead.. otherwise do some more research !!!

almost all the business faternity,in our area and people we know all over india are selling urad of jan.,feb., even dec. and nov. even.
what is your take on this? they say at present the physical price is 2100/2200 so what is the harm in selling?

also people in akola say that chana is increasig only for a short time and feb. future is to sell as much as you can?

well nothing much to say.. u are so ill informed i hav nothing to say.. if any one selling physical urad in 2200 or even 2700 bombay delevery mail me I will buy each and every K.G guranteed challange..
people from all india ringing here for urad and thers no seller even in 3000 !!!
and do tell me ur location so tht i can get some more idea Chimpu ji....

chana will give tears to bears till december...
my research says dec target 2150..

How can i know the current spot price of URAD as the NCDEX website is not being updated as it is a holiday.

Also ncdx what are we expecting tomorrow on Urad , will it open a little higher also do we see a 3000 this week or will we have to wait for next week ?

looks to me ur a senior member..
ok so u want to enter into commodity futures
one word of your that scres me is "ZERO" knowledge..
this market is as risky as anyone can think in his worst nightmare..i am not trying to afraid you but thats the reality.. i would advise the same tips that i have written to Shruti.. keep remember some more tips----
1> Always trust to your research and mind.. not to any broker or even my self..becoz no one is 100% perfact. if i can predict absolutly 100% i can b the next Bill Gates..
2>do not "BLINDLY" follow any tip or advise. not even mine becoz i hav gone wrong too
U SHOULD READ THE TIPS FOR ANALYSYS PURPOSE ONLY. THAT MEANS IF YOUR IDEA MATCHES WITH MINE OR ANY ONE ELSE, U WILL GET DOUBLE CONFIDANCE IN UR TRADING..

3>this business is all about physical demand and suppy of any commodity u take,, bullions,metals,agri,energy etc.
so more the supply lower the prices & vice versa. thats how speculations r made and pricec are discovered of a particular contract..
4>just try to gain more and more info as much you can from as many sources.. that will help a lot..

if any more queries do post here becoz that will help lots of new comers..
