Never Trade in Indiabulls !!!!

Very bad experience with my brother also when people from Indiabulls requested my brother to open an online trading account with indiabulls & after opening of account & deposited some lacks of rupees with them people who opened account demanded him password envelope as he dont know anything about trading he gaves the password envelope.after that they traded heavily in f&o and also intraday & make loss of 1.40 lacks.But we have taken legal action & recovered 1 lack.

ive been trading in stock market for past one year.ive online trading accounts wid kotak securities and indiabulls!
my advice to everybody on traderji is that never ever trust the recommendation of ur broker or brokerage house for investment or even trading decision.
they will always find so called 'gud picks' in the market even if sensex reaches 20,000 tomorrow!if they dont recommend stocks to u,how will they earn their brokerage???
use the information available on various online trading websites only for research and make your own decisions and if u dont have time for all this,stay away from the market or start making investment decisions on guess work.atleast u wont b cursing somebody tht way if u lose money!

Mr Behera,
I am a small retail trader & since last 5 yrs trading almost everyday in Indiabulls internet trading platform.Never found any discrepencies in my a/c & on principle check my Digital contract notes each & everyday & also the Hard copy ,which i receive everyday by courier for earlier days.
Feel really sorry for the incident happened with you.Checking one's a/c is a must.

I too trade with India Bulls regularly through their I internet trading platform. I too never had any problem with them. Never found any discrepencies in my a/c and always recieved contract notes by e-mail and courier in time .

Like uasish mentioned always check your account 3-4 times every day preferably after every trade placed is squared up . I also check every night after 8 p.m or in the morning before trading opens.

As far as the trading platform is concerned i feel they have the best . The only competitor may be Religare Race Pro.

Most of the problems i have read about India Bulls relates to caused by RMs.But then every broker in India has problems.

You must have read all those minute details ,this time atleast ,while signaturing the 'Agreement Form' with your new broker.You being an advocate ,did you got this new agreement registerd.
As 'Court of law' never discrinimate "cheators,looters,dociots,pross,criminals,terrorist s and antisocial" until proved to be guilty,hence as you are in India plz be cautious
this time.

Dear Mhmd,

I will tell you just one trade.....bombay dyeing..i had instructed buy of 300 and after sometime, i could find that they had purchased 3000....the computer operators name was shakti who works for indiabulls(currently based in CP branch)....I had complaint this and they insisted that i had ordered 3000....on checking it was found that i was right.....he is very young.....this trade took place in may.....he apologised......

another incident, I called indiabulls..he called me back and i checked the rates of bajaj hindustan......later i discovered that he had bought the stocks...I was shocked to see the trade (i could get hold of this trade after sometime)...he said that i had instructed the trade..the RM supported it...later I insisted on proofs.....since there were no proofs, he very smartly co-related my enquiry with that purchase....still it was his mistake....though i wanted to sue him for this act.....but i know indian legal status........

Now mhmd, you have details of my trades..u can pm me ur details and i will call and tell you other details..i've mentioned the branch also.....if i am proved right, will you re-imburse my losses...not at all i think my dear friend....there have been couple of times when they apologised for the mistakes...though they did not do any silly acts after my strong actions with them, but the damage till that time was done.....so i've burnt my lots blood during those days...i do not want to take note of this....yes, i strictly tell my friends here NOT TO USE INDIABULLS..........

i am also unable to digest your statements. in the starting of the thread lots of guyz told you to place orders through a dealer. where the conversations will be recorded. so why are you not calling your branch/dealer for placing orders? later of the thread you told us that you have stopped trading with ib & now you are happy with hdfc. then how & why the same things are going to taking places? can you explain this? you have already suffered rs.1.75 lac, then why you are still doing trading with them. you are telling everyone that not to go with ib, but why you are still with them & why suffering losses everyday by their planned tricks?????????????????

Funny, becs he was trying to caution u. anyways forget it. Sory we r not matured enuff, but we understand one thing, precaution is better than cure.

gentleman perhaps you dont know any thing about the person to whom you are advising.Do you know any thing about the promoters of Indiabulls(Sameer Gehlaut,Rajiv Ratan,Gagan Banga and Ashok Sharma,ofcourse Gagan & Ashok are the employees).I knew them what they are and the whole world knows it.Except money power they are having nothing,when I am an advocate of Orissa High court,I know better than you people about the rules and regulations and most importantly Indian law.For heavensake dont praise Indiabulls,moreover this thread and subject matter is never trade through Indiabulls.Do you know how many clients being suffering for the criminal activities of Indiabulls? Do you think I am that coward that I have not written to SEBI? Listen I have lodged complain with Hon'ble president of India,copy given to Hon'ble Prime Minister ,Hon'ble Chief Justice of Supreme Court,Finance Minister,All MPs of LS and RS,SEBI,NSE,CDSL, & local police ,state Home secretary ( about fake stamp paper they used and forgery of agreement)What more you want to know,regularly local leading papers carrying the news and local tv channels telecasting the news.

Mr Braja Bandhu Behera, ur postin such things in public forum. Absolutrly fine. U gotta answer point wise i guess. With due respect to u being a advocate and knowing all the laws and Constitution of India, but when some one says anythin against u ur gettin angery.

There are scams against IB. every body on traderji knows it. If ur tryin to caution others, be ready to discus. Dont expect ppl to go ur way.

Note: Im not a cliet not a broker nor agent of IB. I have brokin a/c with two other leading Brokin houses. And im just a student.

I am not a broker ,but a small retail trader,whose livilihood is trading.It is expected an Advocate knows Indian Law & Constitution better than a small time trader.As you are unhappy with broker community hence to safegaurd your interest i suggested ,what i felt best ,as it has hurt you ,i will restrain myself in future.
Regarding your "Be careful" ,i initially thought of not reacting,then decided ,as
this may be equated otherwise,hence plz be informed when i used to visit CTK & BBSR every month in official capacity,that time the telephone directory of the entire city was of few pages & telephone nos had only 3 digits in BBSR.
Berhampur (the kumuti dominated community) to Koraput had meter gauge line,Aska (the constituency of present CM's father)to Bhanjanager only 2 bus service.The only Sleeper Bus (having sleeper to sleep) in India used to ply from Sambalpur to CTK.
I know the terrain,custom,people,place & time selection is your perogative.
We are Traders,most people miscalculate us .

I agree with you. i have no problem with indiabull and indiabull platform.
Everything works fine, i find it best in all other platforms.

The only worst problem is with all broker is...call given by there RM. it works some time fail some times.
And if you execute order through operator then there is likely to be some human error and it is with every broker.
but if you trade through PIB Terminal then there is no problem.

All problems are person specific and not Indiabull specific.

U er annoyed with indiabulls. I am with Reliance Money. Some other person is with sherkhan and so on. U had lost money much more then me, because of the fault at brokers end. You are trying to get back your lost money and so I am.

Stock market & broker houses are always involved with scam. We have to be more cautious to dealt with them.


Though I am not a broker nor agent, One thing I would like to to mention here, I found Indiabulls' services & their PIB platform is best of its kind in India. I am having account in some other brokers houses but there is no matching with PIB. Due to low brokerage I had shifted to Reliance Money recently but again moving to Indiabulls.
