Hi Jay Raj,

From your query I presume you are looking more intermediate to long term.No.....now is not the time to enter.Yes, we have corrected a bit.Expect much more.........for now stay on the sidelines,sit on your hands(means do nothing),and wait .Meanwhile track the stocks,get your funds ready.....and probably learn a few things while waiting!!

How are you,my friend?Nope.........just looking through the charts, getting prepared for Monday.

Yep......nice descending triangle.

Have you had a look at the Dow Jones,Nasdaq and SP500 charts.......all looking on the brink of a fall,a very painful one.

Huge difference between the Indian market......charts show a very strong bull market.But the US market looks like a bull rally in a secular bear........Can't help but wonder,how much we can stay afloat if the US falls with an almighty thud!

Hi Siju,

BANK OF RAJASTHAN:Nice breakout bar on Sept2 on high volume,followed by a pullback which should have been followed by a continuation of the uptrend.This breakdown negates that breakout bar from Sept2,and is bearish.Keep a stop loss at 52,if it falls below 52,get out............if by some quirk of fate,this starts moving higher,great....but tolerate no more than 52!

GUFIC :Again,two nice breakout bars on the weekly,but this retracement of 100% is a sign of bearishness........So far we are still on a strong support.Allow no more than 23.8....if this support cracks we'll have a bit of a fall from here........so careful.Get out if this level of 23.8 is taken out!

Normally I don't look into US indices charts..basically because it is very difficult for expats to trade in us markets from here...so never bothered.

Now I did look into the charts from some web site.. Yes, like you said they seem to be on the brink of a fall. Normally when the US markets catch a cold the Indian markets sneeze...I hope this does not happen again...

By the way... do you know any good web site where I can look up the US indices and also plot some indicators..

I use this for my forex trading. But it covers a wide range of other asset classes. the charts are in java. But the studies are not that advanced. You can put all basic indicators. Upto that it is good. And you may choose the periodicity from 1 min. to one month. You may have a dekko. And the registration is free.
