Nope Alok,still in pullback territory.Let it give us an inclination that it is changing trend first before we do anything.

Our job as traders is not to predict,but to detect a change in trend,and then to simply latch on to it and ride it as much as possible.

That indication of a change in trend hasn't happened yet.Wait n watch for now.

Saint, for PNB i think it is a Head and Shoulders Formation. Your comment plz. If this is a H&S formation then what would be the Entry Point, Targets and S/L etc.

Saint bhai, although i m a novice to technicals i feel that the short term uptrend has been broken which will b confirmed by close below 2998.the medium term support looking at charts i feel lies at 2950 which shud b the final stoploss for medium term positions.wat do u feel?

one of ur previous callls, usha martin is showin sm strength..

givin it a try.. pls correct me..
Had a higher weekly closing last 2 last week after about 5-6 weeks..
but broke that bullish trend immediately in the next week.
again high weekly closin.
looks gud for a buy over 172 with a SL of arnd 168.
stood today as well with the market hammered.

JK Industry and TV18

I want to know what should i do of these. I entered JK industry and it is showing very good strength at 130 level broke of an ascending triangle at this level and it is supporting and what happend to TV 18. I entered at 480 level and it hit 612. I do not know what happened. Please advise on these counters

I basically am a trader.......sometimes,I tend to trade off the long term charts and therefore may hold on to something for more than a year,but I wouldn't exactly classify it as investing.If you are looking at long term investments advice,then fundamentals are important and I 'm probably not the right person to be able to help you.

But we have quite a few brains over here at Traderji who could be of great help to you,and putting your query to them may be of great benefit.

However I am a bit confused on Lyka.I was seeing the daily chart, seeing that
it looked to me that it started an uptrend.

Now I have come back to you with the following cases:

1. I went through your analysis on Indoco Remedies. I looked at the daily
chart, where it is looking good. I have not understood this part of your analysis:

"needs to put up a close by the end of the week i.e Feb 17th above 385.If that happens, it is giving us an indication that it is ready to go.If then,it becomes a buy next week over this week's high.If we do not cross and end the week below 374,possibility of a breakout failure and can lead to a downward slide.So,for now,a wait and watch and see how it behaves
today(Fri)."

Why a close above 385 is needed for a breakout? or a close below 374 can lead to downwards journey ( a reversal of trend)? ------ it can also continue in the same wayas it was doing earlier --- I mean continuing overall uptrend with higher highs and higher lows.


2. This case is about Godrej Consumer Prods----- a bit similar to above.
I was going through an analysis from a brokerage house --- their comment is: the stock has first resistance at 650 and if it goes past 650 then it will go into no resistance zone.----
What is the meaning of a no resistance zone? If a scrip has breakout also, then after some sharpupmove it will come down. I am enclosing the daily EOD chart of this scrip.

Kindly tell me a bit on the above two cases.
