Too Much Supply?

Exitting half TATA POWER at 1283......yep,Amit(amitpethkar),on the futures.....too much supply to plough through here.

Happy with the 58 pts..

How does one calculate or estimate "too much supply"? And how does our Pivot trend system depend on it?

I have not learned to incorporate Supply and volume in the system as yet. So, please throw some light on this.

Look at weekly charts.......too much resistance at these levels.....it's trying to plough through,may succeed,therefore holding half, ..........meanwhile taking profits and putting in the money somewhere else where there is more "free space" to move above.

HDIL break out yesterday from flag consolidation in daily and 60 min changes it trend to up by breaking prev pivot high .. should have bought on 60 min ....???

Hmm.. interesting... however it is indeed up against a solid resistance. Additionally, the recent Daily rally did not have increasing volume so makes be doubtful.

Nonetheless, today the intraday looks somewhat interesting cuz of the One Min chart showing an ascending triangle...

Also, have a look at Redington's Daily chart. Fits the bill.

Yes amit you are right ... but waht i hve marked in some cases if price wil stays above its resistance then vollume may follow and take the price higher otherwise we may see some sideways movement
