I have been a known the perils of wilful investment.. But today was a learning experince... I now laugh when I recall that I had bought 10 shares of sasken at 508.60 and it would not go up.. and sold it for loss of 50 per share so.. at 457.. all the things that a novice would do....

But enough of sob stories.. I had bought 100 shares of visual soft at 211 which is expected to go 250. Also Nagarjuna construction 100 shares at 225.75. What do you suggest the holding term for them ?

Hi Nishant,
NAGARJUNA CONSTRUCTION:More than the holding term for them,hope you have a stop loss ready before entering into this trade.This one is in the middle of a pullback......so far making lower highs and lower lows on the weekly charts.Buying at 225.75 is a gamble,my friend.......this fall can halt here and proceed upwards,then great.Or it can keep falling till you feel a lot of pain.This is a good stock......still ina strong primary uptrend,but we still haven't got an entry point yet.If I were you and I am in at 225.75,I'd give this till 222-223and I'd get out and wait fora more suitable entry.

VISUAL SOFT:This has gone 4 weeks ina row going in vertical fashion.I wouldn't have entered here at 211.Risky proposition.......but can this go on upwards till it touches 250.Maybe.But would have been a sweeter entry on a pullback.

Careful on both.........keep an eye on them and get out if stops taken out.This can fall on a p/b more than you think you can endure.

Any ideas on Tamilnadu Petroproducts. Have seen this as a big suggested stock in Sharekhan <<http://www.sharekhan.com/common/technicalarticle.asp?id=08092005112&sec=Sharekhan%20Special>>.

The volumes in this stock also seem to have grown vastly on Friday.

Do you have any suggestions on the future of this.

Yes its been long since we talk. in fact i am the only one who is kind of alone and keep myself away from writing to other experienced members like you and AMITBE. infact i have seen in Amitbe's thread every one is writting there you phoenix, Joy, cremeeE,Stockfreak and others.. It's not that i don't want to mix up with all the guys. Just that I am a bit shy and introvert kind of a person in making friends.moreover I am still learning from your and others postings.I have very less feedbacks on my thread so as to know how my analysis is helping others and if at all it is helping and how much is the scope to improve.. but now I will try to write more frequently to you so as to share my doubts and our knowldge so that we can serve this forum and other readers here in a more better way...

Agree on the volume front.....but facing lots of resistance levels even on a breakout from here.There are many that are looking neater......so your call to make.
