I always hear you talking about triangles -symmetrical, ascnding, dessending triangles.......Are there more patterns we should know about to see in achart to become better traders?

Also,what type of charts do you use?Bar or Candles?

Nice Avinash.......Mahindra Gesco looks good,neat pullbcak to the weekly and looking to resume its uptrend.That gap up on the daily chart looks like a breakaway gap,and also a bullish sign.And as you correctly pointed out it has taken out the previous pivot high on the daily.

My only problem is the markets........but if on the aggressive side,you could buy half size over today's high,with a stop below the gap area,and buy the other half on apossible p/b.......but once again,caution at these levels.

Thanks Karthik..........what little I know is what I learn from Saint and Amit's posts.Slowly certain patterns standing out......learning a lot from being in Traderji's forum.
