How to use this level on intraday trading, tried :(to search from last post but in vain ....

the levels are for intra day identify the trend around 10 am..
Watch where nf takes sup or res...take position accordingly keeping sl at the next res..or sup..level..play for 20..25 points this being intra day trade..
...first try and understand the levels, the movement of nf for minimum one week..then take your trad always keep sl..
.......and do not trade option based on these levels
