SJD got it right, but not with regards to containment. The WS2 did not contain. Sometimes I will allow for a margin of error, but in the case of the weeklies I am looking for an hourly close above the reference point without regard to any tail spike.
In seeing how tight things were getting upstairs was the reason I revised the outlook, and as we see by Thursday's price action, it turned out the WS2 did not contain, we headed lower, but still missed the MS1 by 25 points.
It still might be necessary to see the MS1 hit so it can gain some footing for any meaningful recovery. OTOH, we did say this area would get consolidative, and this would be the area we would see many days under the market's range.

Yes Poul.. i said it before and i reiterate again Nifty is heading much below than resent low of 4640... now the SL is below from 4960 to 4880. The P&F reading indicates Nifty is likely to rest at 3900 ..!! the swirl is on ... some may ask time frame i always say the risk what one take translate to profit 4880 (spot closing basis) is SL hold shorts i am 90% sure about it
My shorts are much higher still holding so any one fallow my statement please take your risk levels in to consideration..
