Up to this point, the WS1 has contained the downside. The bounce off it brought it to the WR1. Uusally that substantial of a mvoe means the trend has switched. TL's are always hard to break, yet when they are, the move is huge. This is part of the indecisiveness of the market, and the reason we see the markets inability to get any traction going either way, up until now. That will break, and eventually you see a huge move, which will be either a break of the cloud, or the strong bounce off the TL, which would mark an exception to the S&R rule (The exception is seeing an S1, then an R1, then the S1 hit in the same time period. In this case it would be the weeklies hit this week.)
The nice thing is that a trading opportunity will present itself, either on the break and recovery back to the TL or the dip going further to the WS2 if not a little lower.
