Your 4 years experience validates your claims, as it i very rare to find people that are trading at a high degree of profitability.
I told of my experience when I was offered a job with a brokerage firm. I was wined and dined. I was given the grand tour of the place, and showed more than I ever cared to know. What I learned in one day, I could write a 100-page book on, and I'm sure with your experience you are keenly aware of all that. I guess the thing that really woke me up is that most people that work for the firms are not trading profitably. That is the reason they have the job.
So, my response to your comment is simple. Your firm is the rule. IMO, that is the way it is with all of them.
you are right, but I am working with a Broking Firm since 4 years and i could not find a person who really makes money by investing in stock market. or it happens only with our firm?
