Nifty Futures completed 9 TD Combo bars as marked. Some more upmove is still left.

Bank Nifty has completed its 13 bars today . It is now in high risk zone. Nifty Future is lagging behind BNF in completion of counts. It will be interesting to see how both catch up with each other . We are definately entering a high risk zone now. But markets have a tendency to overshoot in up trend and undershoot in downtrends....

The uptrend is still intact .

Santoshbhai, you should know that "I didn't retire, I made a choice" is a euphemism for "I was made redundant" :D :D
A good point , TP. Almost everyone at their workplace , face this problem. Newcomers trying to make the senior guys redundant. I faced this problem myself. But I never tried to proove that I am not indispensable. I don't feel the situation justifies it. Eventually those who were trying to make others reduntant start facing the same from the fresh ones. This is a cycle, it goes on and on.:)

It happens everywhere, msa5678, whether in a job or in a business. The world is changing too fast and nothing is permanent. Whether in business or a job, it's truly become "run forward to stay in place". The manufacturers face this problem because the machinery becomes obsolete every 2-3 years. 20 years ago, such was the case with computers only, now it has become the case with everything because electronics are everywhere.

Businesses become redundant too, you know. STD PCOs are a good example. Cybercafes are the next. What happens to those people who had these businesses ? There are no new developments in the business, so they have to re-train themselves in some totally new skills, whatever their age.

There lies the difference, TP. Personality cannot be compared with machinations. Creativity and experience , cannot be cultivated , they develop over a period of time. Many a time I feel that the organisations we work for are not compensating the workforce in the correct way. Maybe some of them do compensate properly, But, majority are explopiting the talent of the workforce. In such situations, a thought come to the mind, Why not utilise our abilities to better ourselves, instead of benefiting some unknown entity.

Arre nahin VE bhai. Casper is my personal friend. I can say anything to him. What I said was sort of a band-aid psychological way to deal with situations like this. The best way is, one should take an appointment with some good psychiatrist(preferably a female psychiatrist :p). Otherwise the consequences can be severe and may alter one's natural behaviour for good.
:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

We are talking about two different things. You are talking about people working for some organization - the service class. I am talking about the self-employed/small businessmen, who see their business becoming redundant, the walls closing in and nowhere to run to. The service class have an umbrella of some kind, some severance benefits, some unions etc.. to fall back on. It is worse for the small businesses because it is not the management which may make you redundant, but the changing mores of society and times, something you can not counter, and your limitations/circumstances may not allow you to afford the change.

A service class guy resigning to start own business is called an entrepreneur. A small businessman trying to start another business is called a loser. For these people it's like being in quicksand, watching it sink and no one to throw you a line.
