Anyways, couple of things besides the important advice given by 'Krishere'

a) Re-do the whole place... including change of colour
b) Like the sun-film used in cars there is a similar product available, which is about 250-280 microns in thickness...get all the window glasses laminated by this...it is just a fraction of a cost of using armoured glass.
