As usual... I tried to predict the top... and I failed miserably... :(

Holding 2 lots Nifty PE 5300 @75

What a tremendous rally!!! Now, the only hope is the resistance @5650 levels... and the rising Oil prices. SM bro said that rising oil has a negative impact on the stock market...
dont predict top or bottom go with trend. if your lots dont hold to trend cash out and wait for the next trend.

RIL, R-ADAG deny rumour of RCOM deal

MUMBAI: Mukesh Ambani's RIL and younger brother Anil Ambani's R-ADA Group, on Friday , strongly denied any possibility of the control of Reliance Communications (RCOM) going to RIL as speculation.

Despite these denials from both groups, speculators had a field day, jacking up the stock price of not only RCOM, but also the stocks of other R-ADAG companies. As stock prices jumped in late session, there were rumours that the announcement could come as early as Sunday, although December 28 is the date most speculators are betting on.

Dealers said the talk in the market was that RIL Group could take a controlling stake in RCOM and the announcement could come on December 28, which is the birth anniversary of Reliance group's founder Dhirubhai Ambani.

After Dhiru Bhais death Kokila Ben made following arrangement to avoid the hostility between the brothers-
Dhirubhais shares were divided as under-
30% Mukesh, 30% Anil, 30% Kokila ben, 5% each to her 2 daughters.
No body can sell his share to outsider under any circumstances.
Kokila Ben with help of Mukesh or Anil will be controlling the company. they will remain CEOs as long as she wishes.
Where is need to sell it if she wants management can be changed from Anil to Mukesh group.
However both the group became one now and there is not much hostilities.
It may be a rumour to help beleagured ADAG shares from further fall after his arrest.
In such a scenario Mukesh will be running it.

Do u mean mUkesh or Anil ? If Mukesh then why will he run this ? He should be happy to let it go down and later try to control or buy stake in that at mush cheaper price.

This division itself was an eyewash. Mukesh was not having good relation with number of state Governments. Anil was Ok with Amar singh, Mulayam Singh yadav etc etc. Even he became Rajya Sabha MP with the help of Samajwadi Party from UP. If RIL is in profit it will be coming to Anil also and if Rcom or R capital is in loss it will be a loss to Mukesh too.
As per Hindu law after husbands death wife becomes legal heir and not sons. So she is the richest lady and very shrewd lady.
After Supreme Courts ruling in gas dispute and PM Man Mohan Singhs intervention they are close now& Holidaying together. It is heard that in future they may again merge one or two companies to make RIL one of the biggest corporate group.
Mukesh already bought the Controlling stack in HFCL(Exactly dont remember the name having spectrum) and he wants to start 4G.
They may merge both and make it a single entity.
Question of purchasing is ruled out as long as Kokila is alive.

Thanks for your post..

I have few queries/doubts , when you say Mukesh will loose when Anil loses do you mean Kokila ben share will go down ? I agree

-About Anil becoming MP. I guess that was the point when two brothers were drifting away. you know what was the comment of Mukesh to Anil(when he became MP) - "We(reliance ) keep 350 MPs in our pocket and you want to become a MP.If you keen , you can notice that this time when mukesh wanted he has place his 4/5 loyal person in RS.

- About Hindu Law... Hindu law does not make wife only shareholder of wealth of her husband. Unless it is written in his will.
Every Child (surviving) and wife will have equal share in the wealth

About Mukesh's businss plan, I don't know. I guess he has enough money to buy thing for his private wealth rather for and from Reliance shareholder.
HFCL deal was part of his private investment .
