Nifty broke the major PF on upper side on 20th Feb. Are you projecting same distance downside below LMLH to get your target of 5715?

My projection of probable target zone is at the junction of blue ML and red LMLH near the 5700 zone.However depending on the angle of the move,the parallel lines of the pitchfork will also be support / resistance area from where the reversal of swings can happen.

Pull back towards 100 days sma and ML. No uptrend until 5838 and also the thin neckline of Head and shoulders.

Rising wedge in 15min chart. Theoretically, this should be fully retraced i.e. upto 5720

Thanks Kavima,

for teaching this method in detail. I have become ardent fan of this method. I am using trend lines along with this to avoid whipsaws.

Horizontal Pitchforks are treacherous. The moment it is broken on any side, you have to find latest pivots and draw another Pitchfork.

The horizontal minor PF I drew yesterday was broken on down side. Thereafter it turned out to be downward sloping channel. See the latest Downward sloping minor PF.
