D=1(MUST BE 1, ADDING TWO 5 DIGITS WILL RESULT IN 6TH DIGIT AS 1)
E=4

Easy part has been solved....I think hit & trial will solve other part

Was unable to elaborate.....earlier... Yes was aware of the manipulation having witnessed it quite often in the past...but Yesterdays Lid on the Crude really takes the cake.....hence the disbelief on my part..... Stunned, Shocked & Amazed all at the same time....:)
