to me a single candle is hard to make any decision...depends upon how and where it is formed..if it is supported by other indicator or pattern ..then more easy to take decision...

i didnt mean the single doji.. i mentioned a decline.. a series of lower candles followed by a doji.. as it happened few minutes before in 5min tf..
