One suggestion. Can we take position on first 5 min bar break out as we do in mini flow. Cuz many times I've noticed that just waiting for pivots to form we loose valuable entry. Of course it might give us wrong entry also but damage can be minimized by fixed target or any thing like that.

in this situation i would like to look at the higher tf 30/60 min, and then according to that would take the trade.

For example, today i made mistake by shortin nifty @ 4550, i should shorted nifty below yesterdays 3 pm (30min) low...

it depends...just a break of 5 min could be aggressive...unless and until a already established trend on higher tf on trade side...but i personally wait for either of something to support the 5min bar break to give more confidence in trade...
