it is that thing in 60min which the guys in saints thread would have taken with both hands
(yes , in 5 min it was h and s yesterday and today ).... also time taken to complete the h and s pattern is also very important . More the time taken , higher the magnitude of the fall...also ,usually with h and s left and right shoulder form with approx. equal height.
