dear satyam...
i think ur first chart is right....fibs are drawn from lows to highs or vice-versa...the reason i stick to first chart is because it was in a upward trend and never in any month broken the trend till the top was formed...hh-hl,i guess now it will form ll-lh
.....since its on monthly it will take a few more months to play out...right now we are still in the midst of the months and my guess a couple more months before we retrace completely,coz we have a few chart patterns to oblidge to ..my personal experience the great fibonacci has hardly failed...
btw i am still a novice and hence i could be completely wrong.

thanx a lot for ur comment. i am not trying to get biased in any case and i have still one nifty short holding. but if there r fibo levels to provide so called supports and resistances we have to analyse the look back period we r getting on the charts. and thats what the 2nd second chart is saying.

Satyam: personally I dont read or refer or learn from theories, Whatever the eye sees correct is always right & since your 2nd one shows accuracy in fib levels, I would follow what I see... whatever the reasoning for that case maybe...

Sir, the same thing is coming to my mind too.... cant avoid the validation of the phenomena. all theories of this subject derived from observation.
