Very nice SatyamSit but now please explain in layman terms for us illiterates :D
Czar .. forget Fibonacci and all. just take a calculator and calculate these movement percentage wise. As we r still in downtrend and just completed a downswing..its observed that after accomplishing a projected price target we generally retrace 50% on the other direction. and it goes like this.

so lets say we had a high of around 4600 couple of months ago and a low of 3200 couple of days ago, so the 50% retracearment should take us to around 3900 level, which is also the resistance according to satya at 3965..is that correct??

btw, U.S. Stocks Post Biggest Rally in 70 Years, Dow Rises More Than 900 Points :)

So, the index rose 11% percent whereas the futures rose 13%...simply amazing...

these are once in a lifetime kind of events...
