just casual thinking but seems 8k for dow seems 2700 for nifty & dow (72xx) bottom is 2500 for us... so the ball is in dow's court...

The top TL running from 6357 Spot was broken thru, but a TL of this significance needs to be tested several times for an accurate BO... present, this week the TL is around 2670.... even in aug / sept 08 when we broke out we tested it 3 times before breaking down... so I would be inclined that sooner or later it will test....

so from above data, at this moment i conclude that we may quickly test the 2670/80 & then again stay in this stalemate zone.... while people will keep waiting for a mega break down, ofcourse things may change in one day to change this conclusion but for the moment this is what is the picture IMHO

until this breaks, I am not gung-ho bearish

Short term turns bearish with today's close....
A close below 2840 tomorrow (today's low + last week's low) confirms the view.
