well, u know there are two types of traders (in broad parameters):

1. who sell at/near resistances & buy at/near supports
2. who sell on break of supports & buy on break of resistances

time has made my mind more tuned towards the 1st type of trading

so, if wanna short, i would short here at spot 4300 with stop 4315+

4309 which is S1 is a mild resistance now if trend is indeed positive. but mkt is now overbought so range bound seems to be for the moment.
