rishi, i would be looking for a close above 4480 SPOT / 4500 FUT...
ie, a flattish close on positive side would also do...

i think, in all TFs, it is in UT

While reading charts , can anyone tell me which SMA to take 15 , 50 or 100 .

I am pretty confused , tried using some charts from sites to know intra supports but dont know which SMA to take.

Greater the number HIGHER the degree of smoothness.Basically the NUMBER depends on your purpose of study.

For eg i want to know supports and resistances for intraday basis or at the end of the day for the next day. So u mean higher number more smoothness means less deviations and more accuracy. Can i use 50 SMA today was using it for the first time on NIFTY and it was working fine.

well, i use 50DMA mostly for positional trades..

yesterday, even 100DMA should its true colours...

and to add to your confusion, there are two types of MAs... simple (as taught in our school days) and Exponential (where recent data is given more weightage)
i refer "simple"

Thanks a lot you have cleared my doubts. 50 is right i think.
