vineet, for effective tops / bottoms in 1min charts, try to have a difference of atleast 30 mins between the two points.... (so, that they appear in 5min charts too, to be effective)

in simple words:
if first bottom is at 10:00, then next bottom should be atleast after 10:30

no hard-n-fast rule....
just a wide W should be apparent in 1min & in 5min too

i dont use 5min chart for flow concept....

for SAR (for my flow trades), u know where....

no flow trades sunil ..i think u keep both trades apart .. i mean u must be short in big nifty trades much before 2783 as in mini..so if u out at 2733 then where u enter again

hope i am clear
