Sir, you are not there. I think Sunil is busy with family marriage. Other seniors also may be busy or forgotten to visit this. We are still learners. May comment some thing on miniflow or on 60 minute flow but do not know much about Technical Analysis, Levels or Scalping. We visit this thread for learning. From the discussion of seniors lot of new things will emerge. By visiting this thread we realise how little we know and we have to work very hard to get even 10% level of you, Sunil, Ratan Jain, Praveen or Rakesh Ji. Yes we are trying but MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP AND MILES TO GO BEFORE SLEEP. May be with your blessings some day we may achieve fraction of that level. Thank you for visiting Your thread.

2850 is looking like a big resistance now ..big rally expected if this crosses
Yes,if 2850 is crossed convincingly with volumes we can expect so RALLY.
Otherwise the downward movement is in tact.Today despite Asian markets
closing STRONG and When european markets latched to some good gains,
our markets could not perform upto the mark.

yes . certainly market should close strong ..but the reason i see behind last hour debacle may be tomorrow's holiday..nobody want to hold long for 2 dow closing.as future that time shows gap up for dow today but nobody knows about what will happen in between today's opening & tomorrow's close ..so, when initial slide starts everybody dump their position along ,as now a days their is hardly any conviction towards long side ...

i may be entirely wrong ..its just a observation

regards

vineet,

you are correct, it is a common practice not to hold LONG positions
too long in bearish market.

Any factor that contributed to this fall was FIRE ACCIDENT IN RELIANCE'S
REFINERY, which made Reliance Stock to go down so also the markets.
